《三个旅行者》 三个旅行者同时住进一家旅店。早上出门时，一个旅行者带了一把伞，一个拿了一根拐杖，第三个则两手空空。晚上归来时，拿雨伞的人淋湿了衣服，拿拐杖的人跌得身上不少泥，而空手者却什么事都没有。前两者奇怪，问第三人这是为什么。

第三个旅行者没有回答，而是问拿伞的人“你为什么淋湿而没有摔跤呢？” “下雨的时候，我很高兴有先见之明，撑伞大胆地在雨中走，衣服还是淋湿了不少。泥泞难行的地方，因为没有拐杖，走起来小心翼翼，就没摔跤。”

再问拿拐杖者，他说：“下雨时，没有伞我就拣能多余的地方走或者停下来休息。泥泞难行的地方我便用拐杖拄着走，反而跌了跤。”

空手的旅行者哈哈大笑 说：“下雨时我拣能躲雨的地方走，路不好走时我细心走，所以我没有淋着也没有摔着，你们有凭借的优势，就不够仔细小心，以为有优势就没问题，所以反而有伞的淋湿了，有拐杖的摔了跤。”
