Dear Windows Live Events Customer,

On September 3rd, 2009, we will begin retiring the Windows Live Events service.
As of this date, you will no longer be able to create new Events using Windows Live Events. Existing Events that you have already created will remain active until April 2010. If you need to save photos, videos or other important information from your Event, please do so before April 2010.

Rather than a separate service for Events, we’re making it easier to manage and share your appointments, events, to-do lists and reminders all from one place: Windows Live Calendar.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information about the discontinuation of Windows Live Events, and steps to download your Event information, please read the Events Service Update on Windows Live Wire.
